Lists leads due for follow-up activities previously set on their profiles.
No-Show Folder
Shows patients who missed appointments on the previous business day, meant for follow-up to reschedule.
Unconfirmed
Displays patients with appointments for the next business day whose statuses are unconfirmed, for follow-up to confirm or reschedule.
Search
Enables searching leads in the RSI database or patients in the practice management system.
