Manage any inbound phone calls through the system. This section can be utilized anytime a phone call comes in to enter information about the patient and the reason they are calling in. Scheduling and creating a follow up can be done directly through this screen with all of the information about your practice directions, office hours, office policies, and procedures available at the click of a button. Once all of the patient information is added, it can be pushed into your practice management system, avoiding double entry
